STAGE 1 – 5 MINUTE FACE BOOST INGREDIENTS: Aqua. Both products in the 5 Minute Face Boots use the same essential plant oils; Spearmint and Palmarosa, to provide a subtle, soothing and luxurious scent.

Spearmint: The scent comes from 100% natural botanical oils that are gently steam-distilled from the leaves of the Spearmint plant. Spearmint is a lively, refreshing and invigorating scent that's a perennial favourite and has been very popular in other Gnarly Joe® products.

Palmarosa: This is a tall and aromatic grass which features delicate flowers. Essential oil is distilled from the flowers just before they develop. The unique and characteristic scent has Geranium undertones, with sweet and floral high notes. This plant oil blends perfectly with Spearmint to produce a pleasing and relaxing aroma.

Stage 1 (5 Minute Face Boost): Use the gel once or twice per week. Apply to either wet or dry skin, and apply just a thin, even layer, taking great care around the eyes. Leave this treatment on for a full five minutes, and then wash off with tepid water. Gently pat your face dry with a clean towel, and then apply the Face Cream...

Stage 2 (Face Cream): This is a concentrated cream. Start by scooping a small, pea-sized amount onto the end of your finger, and distribute this measure evenly on both cheeks and forehead.

The trouble with many high street face exfoliators, is that they contain small particles such as pumice, which are designed to be abrasive and remove the top layer of your facial skin. These particles have sharp edges by design, and they can leave microscopic tears and damage to your skin.

Worse, some commercial face exfoliating products contain plastic micro-beads, which are not biodegradable, do not break down or dissolve, and end up as ocean waste, harming marine life.
